The construction of the flooring includes a TORLYS Maxx commercial finish, a high-performance PVC wear layer, and a decorative layer for added visual appeal. Additionally, the flooring has an acoustic layer for improved sound quality and a compact layer for stability. The core of the flooring is made of two lightweight layers, with a layer of fiberglass for added stability. The Belvoir* is also equipped with a premium underpad, making it suitable for installation above, on, and below grade, as well as with radiant heat.
