COREtec Kingswood Oak is a premium wide-plank luxury vinyl floor offering the look of natural oak with modern durability. With a 7″ nominal width (approx. 7.13″ actual) and 48″ length planks, this product features an 8 mm total thickness, a 20 mil wear layer, and a waterproof foamed WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) core. An attached cork underlayment provides added warmth and sound reduction. Designed for ease of installation and long-term performance, Kingswood Oak is 100% waterproof, kid-proof and pet-proof. Suitable for use above grade, on grade, or below grade, and offers floating or direct glue-down installation options.
